Shipping fees and taxes are not included in the product prices. Shipping fees vary based on each region. Customs duties are related to local customs tax.

  1. What type of plug does A68 use?

We will provide the appropriate plug based on the destination country. If you have any special requests, please contact us in advance.

  1. What should I pay attention to before the first use?

After unboxing, you can use the grinder directly. Simply plug it in, set the appropriate grind size, pour in the desired amount of coffee beans, start the grinder, brew your coffee, and enjoy a delicious cup.

  1. How do I calibrate my grinder?

For a new grinder, it’s factory-set at around 100 clicks. Turn the grinder clockwise until you feel resistance. This is the zero point. Refer to the manual for detailed zeroing instructions.

  1. How do I use the A2 grinder?

The A2 features a bottom adjustment design with 40 clicks per rotation. The factory default setting is 1 full rotation. 

For espresso, we recommend a setting between 3-10 clicks, and for pour-over, between 50-80 clicks.

  1. Return policy

     You are entitled to a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

    Warranty service is provided only for product malfunctions or abnormalities that occur under normal use according to the instruction manual.

     Note: The burr and battery are considered consumable items and are not covered under the warranty.

    The warranty service will not be provided under any of the following circumstances that result in product malfunction or damage:

     

    1. Product malfunction due to improper operation or use not in accordance with the instruction manual.
    2. Product malfunction caused by force majeure.
    3. Product malfunction resulting from unauthorized disassembly of the main unit or burr holder, among other parts.
    4. Product malfunction resulting from unauthorized modification or the use of non-company accessories.

     

    Please note that the warranty does not cover such a situation.
