To provide the most efficient delivery, we utilize a hybrid shipping model based on your location:

• USA & EU: Orders for A5/A4Z/A4/A2 are dispatched directly from our local warehouses within the United States and the EU. This ensures faster transit times and a smoother delivery experience.
• Rest of the World: All orders for other regions are shipped directly from Femobook HQ in Taiwan via DHL Express.
  

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days.
• Estimated Delivery: 7-21 working days once dispatched.

Please note: Logistics may experience delays during public holidays or due to unexpected global events. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following working days.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We only accept shipments to a valid street address.
• If your specific region is not available at checkout, please contact us via email for a custom shipping arrangement.
• Customs & Personal Identification (Required for International Shipments)
  For orders shipped from our Taiwan warehouse, please provide the following in the "Order Note" during checkout to expedite customs clearance:
  
  South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
  
  Indonesia: Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) or ID number.
