To provide the most efficient delivery, we utilize a hybrid shipping model based on your location:
- USA & EU: Orders for A5/A4Z/A4/A2 are dispatched directly from our local warehouses within the United States and the EU. This ensures faster transit times and a smoother delivery experience.
Please note: for deliveries within the USA & EU, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package, and kindly pay attention to any notifications from the carrier to avoid missed deliveries.
- Rest of the World: All orders for other regions are shipped directly from Femobook HQ in Taiwan via DHL Express.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days.
- Estimated Delivery: 7-21 working days once dispatched.
Please note: Logistics may experience delays during public holidays or due to unexpected global events. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following working days.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We only accept shipments to a valid street address.
- If your specific region is not available at checkout, please contact us via email for a custom shipping arrangement.
- Customs & Personal Identification (Required for International Shipments)
For orders shipped from our Taiwan warehouse, please provide the following in the "Order Note" during checkout to expedite customs clearance:
South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).
Indonesia: Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) or ID number.
